Aussie and Kiwi players rejoice!
Firebirds are actively seeking Aussie players and players in the AU TZ.
We have a a few established Aussies, like myself, and our brethren from EU and US that like to keep more unusual hours who participate in the various fun and games WH life can provide, and all within an Antipodean friendly timezone.
Why FBS though?
1. Firebirds actually want more AU TZ peeps. Maintaining a presence accross as many TZs as possible is important to the volatile existence in WH space. Hyper will eat a Vegemite sandwich for each new Aussie that signs up*.
2. Firebirds is a well establish WH corp with a wealth of Wormhole experience.
3. It's a great bunch of people. A brotherhood. Never lived in a Wormhole? These guys will answer your questions and get you up to speed on what it takes to flourish in wormhole space. Friendly atmosphere, great morale. Living in a wormhole is like living on an island surrounded by sharks. These are the peeps you want to be in the trenches with. So you've been a carebear running missions, and 0.0 just seems too damn political and inpersonal to be a fun experience? Step into the WH.
4. Isk. Isk. Isk. Don't waste your time with C3s. C5 Wormholes are where it's at. I'm an Aussie, I play mostly around DT and can still easily earn money for plex and new shiny ships.
5. Opportunities to try a bunch of ships and roles you may not have come across before.

Hey Aussies! Footy season is over and we're getting beaten in the cricket. Don't depress yourself any longer. Join FBS for Iskies, Pvp roams, and a fun bunch of peeps.
The more of us there are, the more Isk we make.

Edited by: Atlas Sargantanas on 20/10/2010 07:17:42 For Aussies asking about Aussies I'm one of the FBS Aussies :->
There's a small gang of us, plus at least one Kiwi now and a couple of our South-Asian neighbours. On top of that, they are US and EU FBS who play in our timezone window as well. The TZ is represented, but we'd like to boost those numbers to get some of the Uber paticipation in ops/PvP fleet raoms run in the more heavily US and EU timezomes.
But the best part of Firebirds is the peeps. Great bunch to hang out with and blow **** up.

Bump for the Aussies arriving home from the pub on a Friday night.
- For the Sandgropers just getting started.
- The NT'ers who never stop
- The banana benders who aren't quite sure what time is
- The Croweaters who don't follow anyone
- For the Apple Islanders who want to see your map of Tassie ;->
- The Victorians who shoot first
- And..well..nothing to see in NSW.
